Let’s take the time to look within ourselves and to meet other people in the community interested in taking the time to breathe, slow down and unwind, in finding a more solid footing in their life, in becoming aware of the present moment and of what is going on inside and around themselves, in sharing thoughts and ideas on various topics such as stress, calm and patience, emotions, guilt, forgiveness…
Join us in a calm, respectful and inviting environment offering tea, music, relaxation, guided meditations, exchanges and other means to achieve a greater sense of wellbeing!
